Nutrition.

Are you confident with your diet?  Do you believe you are getting enough nutrients and vitamins/minerals in your body to keep your energy levels up all day long or has a balanced diet always been confusing to follow?

With a balanced diet you can improve your energy levels, support your training to get stronger and faster, improve your recovery time, improve your overall health and get the good nights sleep every night. You just have to commit to your diet. Nobody else will do it for you. Preparation is the key to avoid impulse buys of unhealthy food. One of the things I have always been telling to my clients is to make sure to shop in fresh food section of supermarket as much as possible. Do not transition to full clean diet over night. Its too stressful and you more likely to fail. Do little changes every week. For example reduce sugar in tea or coffee. Have soft drink only every second day if you usually have one every day. Swap to brown rice or reduce your portions. You will be surprised that over the time your habits change and you won't have the need to make a bad nutrition choices. So many people told. Oh my god I cant believe I used to eat like this!!!
