All face to face sessions are conducted out of my HOME STUDIO AT CURRUMBIN WATERS, QUEENSLAND
You can choose from 30min, 45min and 60min sessions or join small group class. Enquiry for time table via email or DM via My Way Fitness Facebook page.
You can train on your own or bring a friend(s) or family member for extra support and create your own group session.
