POST BABY FIT
This 6 weeks program is for all the mums who would like to get back in shape after having a baby. It has been designed to be used at home environment or outside in the park. You will be required to purchase few basic pieces of equipment (read bellow) to follow this program. But don’t worry you can always improvise to save money by using water bottles, heavier books or anything you might have at home or garden.
Every workout is only 30min. You will progress to 45min for last 2 weeks.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL COMING BACK TO EXERCISE AND WAIT TILL AT LEAST 6WEEKS POST DELIVERY TO CONDUCT ANY EXERCISE APART OF WALKING AND STRETCHING. IT TAKES A LITTLE WHILE FOR YOUR BODY TO STOP PRODUCING HORMONE RELAX-EN THAT HELPED LOSE UP YOUR JOINTS FOR DELIVERY SO YOU ARE MORE PRONE TO INJURIES IF YOU START TOO EARLY. Once you purchase the program, you receive confirmation email followed by email containing link to download the PDF file. This link in available for 24hrs for you to download after first clicked. Feel free to print it out or just read from your phone, tablet of laptop.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO START:
· Basic equipment like little sets of dumbbells (2X2KG/2X3KG or 2x4kg), exercise mat, set of mini elastic bands or one long elastic band, Swiss ball(optional),
· Phone, tablet or laptop
· Towel and water bottle
· Proper foot wear and comfortable gym clothes
· Exercise gloves(optional)
