Hi my name is Zuzana Giles and I am the founder of MY WAY FITNESS. I am very passionate about health and fitness for over 15 years and becoming qualified Personal Trainer in 2012 was the natural way to go for me.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I HAVE BEEN THERE!!! I tried crashed diets, lost few kilos, gain few kilos, felt tired a lot, ate junk food, drank alcohol, smoked and felt miserable about my body almost constantly.

I am here to share my own experience with fitness and nutrition and to help you GAIN CONFIDENCE and to TAKE CONTROL over your health and fitness. I know it is intimidating and scary at times especially when you are starting or when you feel like you have tried everything but nothing worked. TRUST ME, taking control over your health and fitness will be the best thing you have ever done. Your family and friends will love THE HAPPIER YOU.
